Service Offerings

Cybersecurity support built for real communities.

Accessible cybersecurity assistance, response pathways, education, tools, and community programs for people and organizations that should not have to face digital threats alone.

Two Core Categories

Immediate service. Long-term empowerment.

We organize our programs and services into two core pillars: Empower and Education, with a focus on proving that delivery is real, repeatable, and resilient. Our service offerings combine frontline service delivery with practical education so communities can get help immediately, and build a lasting safer, more inclusive, digital world.

Empower

Accessible support for immediate cybersecurity needs.

Empower encompasses core offerings that provide direct support, tools, and professional services to individuals, communities, and organizations.

Cyber Assistance Program

Direct, hands-on incident response, cybersecurity, and IT assistance hosted at local locations such as libraries, community centers, schools, churches, assisted living facilities, and other public or private spaces.

Response Services

Professional support for organizations facing cyber risk.

Incident response and professional service pathways provide structured intake, remote-first guidance, documentation, and practical next steps for eligible organizations.

IR and Professional Service Retainers

Annual agreements can provide eligible organizations with defined service hours for remote-first incident response guidance and cybersecurity advisory services. Engagements use clear intake, service boundaries, documentation, and escalation pathways.

Serves eligible organizations

Review Eligibility

Who may be eligible

  • Nonprofit organizations, including 501(c)(3) public charities, religious institutions, and other tax-exempt organizations.
  • Government and educational institutions, including local or tribal governments, public schools, public libraries, and community colleges.
  • Community-serving small businesses with fewer than 25 full-time employees or less than $2 million in annual gross revenue, where the business advances public welfare.

Who this is not for

  • Small businesses seeking hardship-based emergency aid should use Emergency IR instead of the retainer model.
  • Organizations needing guaranteed 24/7 response SLAs, full-scale forensic investigations, or default on-site response.
  • High-complexity enterprise environments or regulated industries requiring advanced compliance frameworks beyond the pilot scope.

What the retainer can include

  • Emergency incident response advisory and guided support delivered remote-first.
  • Post-incident analysis, reporting, and practical recommendations.
  • Preventive cybersecurity assessments, basic hardening guidance, staff education, and playbook or plan development.
  • Quarterly briefings or intelligence reports when included in the retained engagement.

Deliverables and expectations

  • Pre-paid annual agreement with a defined number of service hours; unused hours do not carry over and are non-refundable.
  • Standardized intake, triage, documentation, and reporting through a centralized case management process.
  • Final report or equivalent deliverable for each case unless explicitly declined by the client.
  • Remote-first delivery; on-site response is not included unless explicitly approved as an exception.

IR Retainer pilot capacity

The retainer program is a controlled pilot intended to validate the delivery model and develop repeatable processes. Capacity is limited, and retained clients are selected based on mission alignment, organizational need, and operational feasibility.

Emergency Incident Response Services

Subsidized, remote, guidance-based crisis support for qualifying small businesses and community-serving entities experiencing a cybersecurity emergency. Eligible cases focus on triage, containment guidance, risk mitigation, coordination recommendations, recovery planning, and a post-incident summary.

Review Eligibility

Who may be eligible

  • Small businesses with fewer than 25 full-time employees or less than $2 million in annual revenue that are not subsidiaries or affiliates of a larger commercial enterprise.
  • Community-serving organizations experiencing an active cybersecurity emergency, such as ransomware, extortionware, business email compromise, account takeover, infrastructure compromise, denial of service, credential leakage, or data compromise.
  • Organizations where the incident has caused or threatens operational risk, financial hardship, mission-critical disruption, financial instability, public safety impact, or interruption of community service delivery.

Who this is not for

  • Organizations seeking guaranteed response times, 24/7 emergency SLAs, or continuous engagement beyond the approved scope.
  • Large-scale enterprise or highly regulated environments requiring advanced compliance, legal, or forensic support.
  • Requests for full forensic investigations, legal attribution, hands-on remediation, direct system recovery, or negotiation with threat actors.

What Emergency IR can include

  • Initial triage and incident assessment.
  • Containment guidance and immediate risk mitigation steps.
  • Coordination recommendations for law enforcement, insurance, technology vendors, or other escalation paths.
  • High-level recovery planning and practical next steps.
  • Post-incident summary report with recommendations unless explicitly declined.

Remote expectations and limits

  • Emergency IR is remote and guidance-based; it is charitable crisis intervention, not a full commercial incident response replacement.
  • All engagements use structured intake, triage, documentation, and reporting through a centralized case management process.
  • Pilot capacity is limited and selectively approved based on intake qualification, resource availability, risk, and complexity.
  • Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, response time, professional engagement, or a specific outcome.

Emergency Support Scope

Emergency IR support is not a substitute for 911, emergency services, law enforcement, legal advice, or guaranteed incident response. Availability is limited, eligibility is required, and submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, response time, or professional engagement. If there is immediate physical danger, contact local emergency services first.

Structured delivery

Services follow standardized intake, triage, documentation, and reporting procedures. Emergency services are remote and guidance-based. Retainer engagements are remote-first unless an exception is explicitly arranged.

Request Emergency Support

Eligible entities may request subsidized charitable crisis intervention for cybersecurity emergency incidents. If there is immediate physical danger, contact local emergency services first.
